The ITEM company belongs to the group of firms in Poland, which base
their activity mainly on inventions of Neurolinguistic Programming and System Thinking.
We present high quality modern models of communication and changes,
usage of which guarantees full efficiency of intended transforming operations.

For 15 years we organise and lead consulting, coaching, training for firms, official bodies
and non-government organizations leading to support the organization and staff development.
The high effectiveness of our services is the consequence of certain assumptions and our way of thinking.

Our mission is partnership and long-term co-operation with clients leading
to further development of their firms and people, who create them.

For 15 years we have been involved in growth and improvement of such Polish
and international organizations, among others, as: Dr Irena Eris Cosmetic Laboratories,
Dr Irena Eris SPA Hotels, Citibank, Pliva, Interchemall, Balhsen Sweet, Saint Gobain Glass,
Ogilvy, Europapier, Axel Springer, Black Red White, Ergo Hestia, PZU Życie, PZU SA,
TP SA (Polish Telecommunication), Unilever, Eden, Sita.

We co-operate with International Coach Community, a group gathering coaches working
for the biggest organizations in the world. I am also a representative of ICC Poland
(International Coaching Community). We co-create first group of coaches in Poland
possessing international authority of International Coaching Certification.
At the moment we co-operate with Coaching Chamber Poland, when I am the president.
I have been chosen for this position by the representatives of over a hundred organizations
involved in training and coaching business in order to found and organize first such organization
in the world.
