We are the debt collection agency. We have time, expertise and resources needed for the job . Using our agency is a fast method of recovering debt. Your debtor will often pay up straight away, either in full or in installments. You also save your own time. Our success rate is very high and is due to a tactful, direct and swift approach towards debtors. Many companies are concerned that the intervention of a third party will lose customers, but in the majority of cases that does not occur. Using our agency is often sensible when you want to keep the customer. You are unlikely to keep the customer who has been pursued through the courts.
When chasing payment for goods or services provided the first step is generally to send a letter of demand to the other party advising them of the dispute and the money outstanding and giving them a defined period within which to settle the matter or else face legal action. Then we make phone calls to influence on debtor to pay up his debts. If it is necessary we visit the debtor directly at his firm.

CHARGES AND FEES
Costs are normally calculated as a percentage of the money recovered. The commission on the money recovered is typically 5 to 15 %, though it can vary depending on the size and age of the debt. The percentage commission may be higher for a one-off recovery than if you use our agency for all your unpaid debts. We don't charge any annual subscription or money in advance. If recovery has not been successful we can also instruct solicitor on your behalf. This will save your time but it may be cheaper to instruct solicitor direct We will put an option for legal action to you: it is your choice to continue or not at this stage without any cost to you. This would involve YOU paying the basic court fees at that time which is recoverable from the debtor in just about all cases. There can be further fees, but that said.
